iPad, fat iPhone that doesn't make calls

Disappointed, sorry.  I've been playing with a Motion Computing J3400 running Windows 7 for a while now, and it just doesn't hold up.  Granted it's aimed at a completely different market, but there's nothing new here.

impressively flexible You Rock Guitar

At first glance I thought exactly what you're thinking, another guitar controller?  Not being a huge fan of these music games (but certainly not opposed to them), I was instantly attracted to the You Rock Guitar, which works on its own as a versitile musical instrument or midi controller.

  • Works with game consoles Guitar Hero, as well as Rock Band
  • Works as a stand-alone digital intstrument
  • Works as a lag-free MIDI input device
  • Removable neck makes it portable
  • Bluetooth accessory makes it wireless
  • Has built in backing tracks and even a Flamenco mode!

Alienware M11X, portable PC gaming

The Alienware M11X looks really nice based on the Gizmodo hands-on review, I'd really love to get a machine that can crank out some TF2 fun.

  • Backlit keyboard
  • Discreet NVidia Graphics
  • Video out via DisplayPort, HDMI, and VGA
  • Integrated battery (6 1/2 Hours non-gaming)
